2026 Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the shoot date. Dates are not held without a retainer.
If the shoot is rescheduled, the retainer will transfer to the new date.
If the shoot is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time and not rescheduled, the retainer is forfeited.
The remaining balance is due prior to release of the final downloadable files.

Creative Direction

ARCOA retains full creative direction, including decisions on style, pacing, music, and shot selection to best represent the property.
If you have specific requests, please share them prior to the shoot.
Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are billed at $175/hr.

Shoot Day

Please ensure the home is fully ready and vendor-free at arrival.
If the property is not ready and filming cannot proceed, the shoot may need to be rescheduled.

Scheduling & Weather

If weather conditions do not align with the intended look, the shoot may be rescheduled.
Rescheduling requests should be communicated as soon as possible.

Return Visits

If a return visit is required due to property readiness, access limitations, or missed items outside of ARCOA’s control, it will be billed at $750.

Delivery

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days.
Rush delivery may be available depending on schedule.
Two rounds of revisions are included.
Revision requests should be submitted promptly after delivery.
Preview links are provided first. Final downloadable files are released upon payment.

Payment

Invoices may be paid anytime before or after preview delivery.
Final downloadable files are released upon payment.
A 2.9% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Scope Changes

Any additional filming or editing outside the original scope will be quoted and approved before proceeding.

Aerial Footage

Drone footage is subject to FAA regulations and airspace restrictions.

Usage Rights

You receive full rights to use the final videos for marketing purposes, including MLS, social media, websites, and advertising.
ARCOA retains the right to use footage for portfolio, marketing, and creative purposes.

Archiving

Final footage is archived for 6 months.
